Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our learning program and courses, so all eligible courses purchased on Vikrant Academy® can be refunded within 14 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. Learn more about our refund policy in the section below.

Refund requests can only be submitted through our website or via mail to refund@vikrantacademy.org.

The refund can only be made to the original mode of payment from where the course has been purchased. You can either keep the amount with us for your next purchase or withdraw as a refund.

The refund will be made within 10 working day once approved.

For Your refund in Bank account, you need to provide the following details:

1. Mode of payment India & Aborad

• For India: Refund can be only done via cheque or through the NEFT or Online Mode of payment to the account.
• For International: Refund is made via wired transaction which required the details as mention in “Mode of payment”.

Please note: Company is not liable for any other charges occur for national and international transactions such as Forex, banks Processing fee, etc.*

2. For any Limited Offer Product(s) purchased by you, you shall not be eligible for any refunds, whatsoever in the following events:
   1. If the request for cancellations/return is submitted after 14 days after the Delivery date/Activation Date/Orientation date.

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of nature, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, if we must cease the Limited Offer Product(s) you've acquired, we are not obligated to refund fees for the portion of the service already used. Additionally, we are not liable to offer alternative services in place of the discontinued service.

4. In case you have not received the refund within the above mentioned 14 days period, then write to us at refund@vikrantacademy.org.

5. We may update or revise this policy at our discretion, influenced by customer feedback, without prior notice. Your continued use implies acceptance of any modifications we make.

6. By proceeding, you affirm understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this document.

7. Further, you undertake not to dispute the refund terms provided under this document by Vikrant Academy Private Limited. With trademark Vikrant Academy® or raise any claims beyond the scope provided under this document.

8. Please note, Short term courses of 90 days or fewer will not be applicable under this refund policy.

9. Please note that the partial refund request is not acceptable if it cross 14 days.
